No. A name can sell elsewhere before we hear from you, so a listing is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer to sell. A sale is final once both sides confirm it through escrow.

Every sale goes through a licensed escrow or marketplace service such as Escrow.com, Afternic or Sedo. You pay them, not us, and they only release the money once you confirm the domain is in your account.

We agree this before you pay. It's often split between buyer and seller or paid by the buyer, and it's shown in the escrow transaction.

Yes, for some domains and at our discretion. A plan usually means a deposit and then 3 to 12 monthly payments, with the domain held until the final payment. Terms are agreed in writing first.

VAT is added where it applies, depending on where you're based and whether you're buying as a business. Your quote shows it clearly.

For some names, yes. You pay a monthly fee to use the domain, usually with an option to buy it later.

A move within the same registrar can take minutes. A transfer to another registrar usually takes 1 to 5 days, and .uk names usually move the same day. Recently registered or transferred domains can be locked for up to 60 days, and we'll tell you before you pay if that applies.

Any registrar that supports the extension. If you don't have one, we'll suggest a few and help you set up an account.

Yes. We can connect it to your hosting and set up DNS, SSL and business email.

You tell us the domain you want and your budget. We agree a success fee in writing, contact the owner without naming you, and negotiate. If the owner won't sell or the price is above your limit, you owe nothing. The sale still completes through escrow.

A report covering comparable sales, length, extension, search demand, brandability and trademark records worth checking, with an estimated price range. It's our professional opinion, not a guarantee of what a domain will sell for, and not a formal valuation for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes.

We will always tell you if we own, or act for the owner of, a domain we're appraising or brokering. We don't appraise our own listings for buyers.

Yes. We can list them, handle enquiries and run the escrow sale for a commission or a fixed fee, under a written agreement.

Domains on this site are offered by IOANK LTD. Some are listed on behalf of their registered owners, so the registrant at the time of transfer may differ from IOANK LTD.

Yes. Owning a domain doesn't give you the right to use a name that's someone else's trademark. Check the registers for your country, or ask a trademark adviser, before you launch.
